Invited family member can't find registered address

After receiving invite link, I tried to enter the registered address, but even the building name can't be found. Tried to use incognito and even registered on the exact location but still can't find.

I have a similar issue, but might be slightly different in nature.
The auto-complete from google maps insists in populating a wrong zip-code and i can't change it before submitting. I'm unsure if this is what is affecting me case. Spotify tells me there is only a couple of days to cancel my plan.

Same as the other link. I logged into admin account and literally copied the address to paste into adding a family member and you only have one option when google populates the address. I chose that and it fails every time. I then took the address that google populates and changed that in admin then gave it two days to propagate but to no avail.

I am trying to add a family member to my family plan but when I type in our address (exactly the way displayed on my account) it keeps telling me my addresses do not match. I have done it exactly as displayed, with the suggested address, and with/without the suite number on and nothing is working but I know it is the same because I am looking at it on my computer.

I am subscribed to a Premium Duo account. I have a iPhone12 and I invited my husband who has a Samsung 23+. He is entering the exact same address I have in my account and Spotify keeps telling him we live in different countries (which we don’t). How do I fix this so we can both. Be in the account?

My family members are unable to verify their addresses to remain on the family plan. We've repeatedly entered the same address as the main account without success. This issue persists across multiple devices and accounts.

The address, confirmed through Google Maps, lacks a block number or department, only including street address, number, city, and state.

I am trying from a different physical device, physically present at the location. However, the despite trying the Plus code address, it resulted in a mismatch

Hey folks,

In case the plan manager can't find their specific address anymore, they can enter the nearest address that can be located. For example, if they can't find their apartment number, they can just select the building instead, or a close landmark, public space or building.

Once the address is updated, the plan manager can send you a new invite - make sure you're entering the exact same address as they have entered.

I am adding a new family member on my premium plan but I can't find the address on the verifying address page. I had all the other family members added just this one.

I'm trying to accept an invite to a family plan. When I search for the same address the main account owner has, it's not coming up. The advice from Spotify says 'If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.' - this doesn't work, as it doesn't find anything.

It then says 'If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building.' Again, I can't find any of these things. None of the words in the account holders address even come up when I'm searching? Postcode doesn't work either. The search seems to be really limited. Any ideas?

I have a similar problem. My partner tried to join my family plan but the adress couldn't be found. And when I've created the family plan I made a screenshot of the Adress to be 100% sure, but the App does not accept the adress

I have a family plan. I have been trying to add new family members but they cannot find my address (i.e. I have an address as manager but it does not come up when they search for it). I have since changed my address to one that does come up when searched ...but now it says that the addresses do not match when I try to add family members. I have checked and my address is updated.

Take a look at the reply from @Yordan and try using a Google Plus code instead of your address before sending the invitations one more time.

@spotifysupport - it has been months and I still can't add a family member to the family plan. My address doesn't show at all, and when I try to find somewhere nearby, it doesn't register either. Perhaps you could reimburse those of us who cannot get out money's worth?

Por favor, quiten la verificación de la dirección de domicilio para acceder al plan familiar premium, no lo están haciendo bien, no detecta la dirección correctamente, no permite agregar usuarios y la verdad tampoco es necesario ese metodo de verificación. No compliquen las cosas!!!

Hello,

Trying to verify my dad's account to my premium family, but the search doesn't find my full address. My address has a hyphen. 23-35 zxxx Road but search isn't showing 23 or 35. Not 23-35. This wasn't the case for my sister. Please help.
