Superuser Contribution Family subscription error

me and my family made a family subscription then we renewed it like 2 3 days later when it was already finished so i had to re-invite them but they can't join i guess this is cause i had to re invite them any ideas how i fix this?

Its just me and my wife... We each have 3 devices. She has a laptop a kindle and a phone. I have the same. The kindle plays massage music all day long and if i try to play a song on my laptop it changes the song my wife is listening to on her kindle....

Premium for Family keeps booting me to the free version

I log in online and I have Premium for Family, but when I log in to the desktop app (using the exact same credentials), it gives me the free version. Anyone with any ideas how to correct this (or something I'm doing wrong)?

Pack familiar premium otro precio en el resumen de la tarjeta (ARG)
