Solved!! I can’t join our family subscription - can only change once per 12 months

I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

Superuser Contribution Premium Spotify says I’m in the wrong country, but my country is USA

Spotify says I’m in the wrong country, but my country is USA in account and that’s where I am. I am on a family premium account. Why is it not letting me listen to music and thinks I’m in a different country? I haven’t recently traveled either.

I can’t remove a family member

I can’t remove a family member. For some members I see their mane and I can click them, but for two it only shows “Member of the plan” without profile pic. The two members also don’t have Spotify premium anymore.

Superuser Contribution Cannot play audiobooks on Connect speaker

I can confirm that I cannot play a lot of audiobooks on external 'Spotify Connect' speaker. Its only playable on my windows PC itself and all other speakers are greyed out. All works fine for regular music songs.

Do I keep purchased audiobooks if I change plans?

I have audiobooks I purchased/was given codes for by the authors. Do those remain mine if I lower my family plan to not include the free audiobook option? Do I lose anything else in the family plan that doesn't include the audiobooks?
