Free Spotify stops working in windows & Iphone ( Not used at same time)

I am unable to access my spotify wrapped. Does listening in private sessions affect that?

The banner to view your personalized wrapped stories is not showing up for me. I have reinstalled the app and updated it as well as my phone. I know I meet the listening criteria but does listening in private sessions not count?

Spotify unable to play music

Why is Spotify not able to play songs? It's always stuck at 0:00 at any song I choose. I have stable connection but it still isn't playing. I tried logging in and out, I also tried reinstalling the app but it still doesn't work.
