My Question or Issue

Hi I recently tried to purchase the duo for my son and I before realising that I’m unable to use that for his due to being a child and that I was needing family. Because I had to cancel duo and purchase family I haven’t been given the 2 month free trial. Is there anything I can do ?

As it is a specific promotion for a specific plan, in this case Duo, I believe there is no way to reuse the promotion 😞
