Hey y'all. 

 

I was given a 6 months free trial of premium by Currys and its working just fine except it says I have no premium registered, I've registered the email and I'm using a new account and when I try to redeem another trial it says I have one already.

 

However, it won't let me cancel it??  I know its 6 months long but I'm still worried it may be taking my money and I like to cancel trials ASAP just so I end up not having any money taken off.

 

I haven't seen any other problems like this but I hope somebody can help.

Spotify joins hands with many companies in the global market to provide a fresh new experience for users who haven't tried Spotify before.

 

These offers are a one time form of a redeem code (in most cases) and can only be used once.

 

As you mentioned the new account shows that you have already redeemed the code, it is indeed possible you have more than one account and you're logged into the wrong one.

 

Therefore, please use this support page to locate all the active accounts listed with your details.

Then, you can visit the account overview page (logging in with each accounts credentials) and view your current account status and receipts.

 

When visiting the receipts page, you'll have a list of all your invoices.

If you click on "View" you'll be able to see the type of transaction as shown here :

This way, you'll be able to determine the type of payment which was used for the process.
