Being charged and cannot cancel subscription

Being charged and cannot cancel subscription

 

I need to cancel, but Spotify's online system won't let me because it is treating me as a "free" user, so I cannot make Spotify stop charging me for premium, which I didn't even realize I had and was being charged for until recently when my husband asked why we were being charged by Spotify. I didn't think I effectively signed up for premium because it kept running ads, so I just thought I didn't do it right and kept listening as a free user. I need a human being from Spotify to help me cancel and reimburse me.
