Can’t join duo plan

Can’t join duo plan

i have been invited to join a duo plan but I get an error message when entering my address saying the I do not live at the same address as the plan manager, yet we entered the exact same address. What should I do ?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

First of all, I recommend that you take a look at this following official support article to make sure you're following the steps correctly:

If everything seems correct on your side, ask the manager for a new invitation link and try to accept it using another device, making sure the Location Service is turned on during this process. It may help.

Hi

 

Single parent. I upgraded to the duo with the intent of adding my 9yo son. However, it's telling me to verify his address. How does one do that with a minor?
