My Question or Issue

Hi All

 

I have cancelled my premium subscription because i want to switch to Premium Duo.

 

When i try to register for Premium Duo - i click on debit card payment method but it always redirects me to mobile payment method which i do not want.

 

Can i not pay via debit card in South Africa for Premium Duo?

 

I have tried in an incognito tab and that is not working either.

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

 

It seems this is linked to availability of payment methods in South Africa and product changes. If a payment method isn't available, it's possibly due to the fact that this type of product change isn't supported for the time being.
