Cannot verify existing Hulu account with Spotify Premium Student account

Hello all,

I have been a longtime Spotify Student (I signed up through Facebook) and Hulu subscriber, and just recently switched to the $4.99 bundle plan.  Spotify works fine but when trying to activate Hulu through Spotify, I either get the "Page Not Found" window, or when I finally get the opportunity to enter my credentials for my existing Hulu account, it tells me "log in not available".  I have made sure that all of my email addresses are consistent amongst all platforms, but I still seem to be running into trouble.  Any thoughts or solutions?  I would really like to contact support, if possible!
