My Question or Issue
I canceled my subscription before my free trial ended. I was charged $10.79 even though it was canceled. I checked my plan and it says Spotify Free. I have attached where it says Spotify Free on my account. I need to receive a refund for this charge. How do I go about getting this refund?

In this case, If you need more help, get in touch with Spotify here and choose Subscription > I need help with charges > I STILL NEED HELP.

When did you contact Spotify? Was it recently, today? Also, did you contact them via Live Chat or email?

When you follow the steps I provided in my earlier replies to contact them, at the end of the form there will be an option to either start chat or submit. If you see the submit button, then an email has been sent to Customer Support and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
