My Question or Issue

Hello,
I cannot redeem the option for Duo Mix Playlist.
I tried different browser, private mode, different device but still the same error.
I have recently switched from Family Subscription to Duo Premium and from the first day I'm having this issue, first I thought it is due to sync but it is a week and still the same problem (see screenshot).

In case the extensive troubleshooting you've done so far didn't help you it's possible you've encountered an issue that we're currently looking into. We suggest checking this Ongoing Issue and adding your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
