Duplicate Duo Plan Payment

Duplicate Duo Plan Payment

Hi,

My girlfriend is the account manager on our duo premium plan. However this month her credit card did not go through. I went to her account to add mine, and somehow her plan got changed to the premium plan. I then went to my account thinking it was a glitch and signed up for the duo plan. Then I went to her account and signed her up for the duo. Now we both have duo plans and all I needed was to update her card number! And now my credit card has been charged twice! I canceled my duo plan to a premium but it will not go into effect for a month and I need that double payment refunded. Can someone assist? Thanks.
