My Question or Issue

 

English:

I upgraded to Premium on Saturday by scanning the barcode on the boleto and did not receive any feedback, but because it was not a working day I left it to check today, on Monday. I'm still without any feedback on the payment, I don't know if it was confirmed by the platform. How should I proceed?

Fiz a atualização para o Premium no Sábado pela digitalização do código de barras do boleto e não recebi nenhum tipo de retorno, mas por não ser dia útil deixei para conferir hoje, na segunda-feira. Ainda estou sem nenhum retorno sobre o pagamento, não sei se foi confirmado pela plataforma. Como deveria prosseguir?

Thanks for the post.

 

Boleto payments can take up to 5 working days to get processed by the bank.

 

We suggest you wait a few more days and then check if the subscription has become active.

 

If it doesn't, reach out to our customer support team here, as they'll be able to give you more information on what exactly is happening with your account.

I'll wait then.

I just received the confirmation and the Premium is already active. Kudos a lot, I was really preoccupied!
