My Question or Issue

I received an empty package that was supposed to contain a Google Home Mini from the Spotify Premium subscription promotion.

I contacted Google and they would not help. They said only Spotify could send another redeem code so the order could be reshipped.

I am not at all satiafied with Google’s customer service with this issue, hopefully Spotify can be more helpful.

One thing I will add to this issue is how difficult it is to contact Spotify to get any assistance with an issue. This is my first experience with Spotify’s customer service and so far it seems terrible. No response to my issue.
