My Question or Issue
Hello!
I have an issue for being unable to pay for my Spotify Premium subscription using my local prepaid card (Telkomsel). Although my balance is enough for paying, the system keeps saying "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please try again in a few moments". And, I have been doing this since yesterday.
I don't know what the problem is. Is there something wrong with the system? Or, maybe I skipped something?

We recommend checking this article and make sure the card you want to use meets all the requirements you'll find there. It's a good idea to check them out directly with your bank/card provider.
If they confirm it does and everything is ok, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying to update your payment details again. It's worth doing it from an incognito/private window in the browser and a different device.
