My Question or Issue

Okay, my subscription is ended too early. I started to subscribe on 25 june and there is a promo 3 month free. But now when i want play some music my premium was gone. It supposed to ended on september. Ive been try every method at the Spotify Answer page but it doesnt work and i never log in with facebook (double log in)

Using the link I provided in my last reply, it should tell you what plan you're on. You can also send me a screenshot of the full page of what you see when you log in to your Spotify account.

In that page it say im a free user. But when i started to subscribe i choose regular 1 month subscription
