Hi 

I head paied my spotify Premium. But  i dont have access animore . What can i do? 

On my bank account is the payment. I have spotify a couple of years now and head until this month no problems but this Time they booked it from my bank but it dosent work.

Hey @Ben0302,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
