I paid for Spotify premium about have been using it trouble free for a few years now. 2 days ago it goes back to the free version. I last payed the bill on 27th feb 18. I have tried logging out and back in and also deleting the app and re installing. Still no luck. Can you get back to me on my email <Email address - Moderator Edit> as I won’t check back here. That’s also my account email

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
