Good evening 

so I created a family account under this name (in addition to my student account) in the beginning of. December. In December I cancelled this account and changed it to Spotify free (email receipt is attached below. Since then I have been charged every month 14.99 and have now been charged 59.96 total for an account that I have continually checked and has shown to be free. Enclosed are picture receipts of the purchased. I use a different bank account for my student account and have been charged on a different day for that account. How can I receive that money back?
