Log in not working - keep getting charged and can't get to music

Log in not working - keep getting charged and can't get to music

My son has been trying to log in to his account; it is not recognizing any of his usernames. My credit card has been charged, yet I can't get any support to solve this issue. Would somene please contact me?

Hey @asilvagomez23,

 

You should have received an email to the connected email account of your Spotify account, when you registered it. Just put this email into the "forgot password" formula and reset your password:

Reset Your Password
