Microsoft rewards code not working

I just got what I am pretty sure is the code from Microsoft rewards, I went to spotify's redemption page to enter it and.. invalid? I've looked at spotify's help pages and can't find anything helpful. Please help 🙂

Hi team,

I'm experiencing the same issue, I'm getting a message saying I'm not eligible. However, this is not a regular trial period; it's a gift from Microsoft Rewards. So previous Spotify usage shouldn't matter, since it's not Spotify offering a trial, but rather Microsoft gifting three months of Premium.

Could you please help clarify this?

I didn't get a code either i was taken to my bank after sending up a spotify account and they wanted £1.01 there and then which is a strange amount microsoft helpers are useless and keep spamming me with the same response ie the terms and conditions and go ask spotify

Il y a peine 15 min j'ai fini les quêtes pour recevoir mon code par mail. J'ai tout reçu mais quand le rentre de code il me dit que c'est un code invalide sachant que sur ce compte je n'ai jamais eu prenium. J'ai bien choisi ma région. Mais le ne comprend pas pourquoi sa marche pas il y en a d'autres dans mon cas ?

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

Keep in mind that offers and promotions are typically only available to new Premium subscribers. You mentioned that you haven’t used Premium in the past, however, this also applies for any payment method you have that was used with Spotify for a previous account for you or someone else. 

If none of this applies to you, can you let me know more info about the offer? Or was it a gift card, or promo code that you received? Once I get more info I will see what to suggest. Any screenshots are also helpful (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

Tout cela ne me concerne, j'ai mit en pièce jointe tout ce qu'il fallait. J'ai tester sur les codes d'échanges de microsoft et sa ne marche pas. Sachant que le code contient 10 caracthères. Merci infiniment 🙏
