My account has the status "free account" while paying for a Spotify Premium account.

My Question or Issue

I am using my Spotify account for 5 years. Since two weeks my account changed all in a sudden from Premium account into a Free Account, both on mobile and computer.  Under the receipts in my Spotify account it reflects that all the payments are made, also the money is taken off my bank account. The last payment is taken from my account on Friday and it still says  it is a Free Account.

 

I checked and tried all the trouble shooting Spotify gives (https://support.spotify.com/no/account_payment_help/payment_help/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/) but it doesn't solve my issue. 

 

Anyone knows what is going on?
