My Question or Issue

Hy,

I've changed my Payment to a new debit card  3 months ago but i still see that the old card is being charged for it.

Also, i can see in that Payment window in Spotify Web that the debit card number is the new one.

PLEASE HELP.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

We charge each Premium plan once per month. However, sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more Premium accounts.  

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

The problem was that i had Facebook account with Premium plan that was still charging my old account.
