Payment Problem

Hi, I have a premium account and I was extend my account period with a gift card for 3 months. In this instance currently my premium account will continue to 3 months, still getting charged on my card why's that happening?

Hey @KMSYNCU,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged after using the giftcard, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

 don't have another account and according to my receipts, 

 

My Username/ID: *******

@KMSYNCU

 

That random number is your actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to you when you created your account through Facebook. If you see it in your receipt, you need to login with your Facebook details.
