Cant pay premium with card anymore I forgot to update my payment info and then it cancelled my membership now I cant even pay with my card

In case you aren't able to update your payment details in order to pay for your Spotify subscription we suggest you give it another try, but this time in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. It'd also be a good idea if you try in a different kind of browser.

If that doesn't do the trick for you, would you mind sending us a screenshot showing how it looks on your end? Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
