Quebec, cannot update payment options

My Question or Issue

 I have been a premium subscriber for many years now without any issues. I now need to update my payment information for new ones, but when attempting to submit my new information there is a checkmark (see attached image). I am a resident of Quebec and cannot change payment details without ticking the checkmark... whats up with that.

Currently, we’re not able to offer the student discount, intro offer or trial in Quebec due to circumstances outside our control. We hope to be able to make it available in the future!

Thanks for the answer. I do not believe I use a student discount, I've been subscribed here for 4 years now on the standard premium plan (not family).

I am already on a premium subscription so surely you still offer it? I just need to update the payment info for it.

It's odd that you can't continue without the checkmark. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window?

Also, if you do use the checkmark, does the page take you to the discount or a different Spotify promotion?

As a last resource, if you can't update your payment details due to this, you can cancel the current subscription, and resubscribe from scratch once the account goes back to Free.
