It says in my claim history that I already claimed my 1 week reward for the mini premium challenge but then I havent even claimed it yet. And even so, Today is June 19, 2023 and it says on the history that I already "claimed" it last June 15, 2023. If thats the case, I should have atleast until June 22, 2023 before my mini premium expires. And the subscription expiration is today. That doesnt make sense right?

Can you please try to subscribe to Premium through the browser directly: https://spotify.com/premium?
When you do this, you should end up on the same reward page as the one that's generated inside the app.

unfortunately it's still the same, i can't access it from anywhere, I've tried different devices, browser both incognito and normal mode, pc app, mobile app, none of it is working. i don't want to wait until my reward is expired to buy premium mini, do you have other solution?

We can confirm that the relevant team is aware of this happening and currently looking into it.
For those who reported that after finishing the challenge, the page says you’ve already claimed the reward, we suggest that you try again sometime at the end of next week.
On the other hand, those who reported that the claim rewards page was showing “this page is not exist/not available”, we'd suggest that you give it another try since it should be working now.

It won't let me claim the rewards but there's no option to re-subscribe either. Customer service couldn't help, and the developer has no word when I complain on google play.

I want to change from Free to weekly Premium, but I'm being redirected towards the rewards. When I click CLAIM REWARD what appears is PAGE IS NO LONGER EXISTS. What happened? What should I do?

thank you for your reply. but i still can't claim the reward, it still said the page doesn't exist. and I've tried what maxim suggest too, i changed to mobile data and clear all cache but it's still the same.

For applications like this, I always update. If indeed the reward is deleted, just delete it. I really have trouble wanting to renew my mini premium subscription. The premium reward page is like false hope
