Student being charged regular premium prices

My Question or Issue

Hi, 

My subscription status is a student but I’m still being charged the regular price of $10 for a premium account, how can I fix this? 

Online it says my bank account will be charged the 4.99 plus tax but my bank statement shows Spotify charging me 10+ dollars.

To make sure what's your subscription status, please go online to Spotify.com, log in and click on "Account".

If it states you're on the Premium for Students plan, you might logging in to the wrong account.

Users tend to create more than one account by mistake.

To make sure which account are listed under your details please check this help page.

Last but not least, you can always check this help page on Premium for Students containing all info needed on the plan.
