Student price 0.99€ does not work

Hello,

I wanted to subscribe to Spotify Premium with the € 0.99 offer for 3 months for students, ending October 29 in France.

I checked my student status. It has been validated, and I subscribed by following the links for this famous offer.

However, on my account it is marked that I paid € 4.99 and not € 0.99. For the next month, it's the same.

(Not having 4.99 € on my account this week, but having 0.99 €, I will therefore pay bank fees of 8 € because of this problem ... Thank you !)

I feel like I'm being had. How can I contact Spotify?

J'ai souhaité m'abonner à Spotify Premium avec l'offre à 0.99€ pendant 3 mois pour les étudiants, se terminant le 29 octobre en France.

J'ai vérifié mon statut étudiant. Celui ci a été validé, et je me suis abonné en suivant les liens pour cette fameuse offre. 

Cependant, sur mon compte il est marqué que j'ai payé 4.99€ et non 0.99€. Pour le prochain mois, c'est pareil. 

(N'ayant pas 4.99€ sur mon compte cette semaine, mais ayant les 0.99€, je vais donc payer des frais bancaires de 8€ à cause de ce problème... Merci !)

J'ai l'impression de m'être fait avoir. Comment puis-je contacter Spotify ?

The offer of 3 months for 0.99 is only available for users that have never tried Premium before. If you've had Premium in the past, you'll be charged the regular discounted price of 4.99 per month. Be sure to find out if you have had Premium before. If you have further questions for us, let us know.
