Turkey student discount

I created a new account and started the student premium account. I checked my bank account and saw that 6.99 TL was withdrawn. But I can't use the premium features. It says I have a free account on my subscription status. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I logged out then looged in. It doesn't help. It says it can take 28 days to verify that you are a student. So should I wait that long to use premium features?

Also it says for the first 3 months it is 0.99 TL to get premium account on https://www.spotify.com/tr/ but 6.99 TL was taken from me. Why is that?
