Unable to pay, Colombia Credit Card issue

Until now, i have tried at least 7 times, with different credit cards, adscribed to different banks, all assured to have enough balance, be active and able to perform online and recurrent payments. 

In all of them: A red rectagle showing me " An errror has ocurred, please try again or search your issue". I have checked with my bank, I live in Colombia so we have no option for a PayPal/Oxxo payment. What should I do?

About your issue, I suggest that you try to effectuate the payment in another browser, device or even I the private navigation.

If your problem persists, tryna call your card operator and check if your card is able to make online purchases and recurring payments.
