Update Credit Card for Yearly Premium Subscription

I signed up for the yearly premium subscription a couple of months ago with my old credit card. I just activated a new credit card, which deactivated my old credit card. So, I signed in to update my payment info and found that my option to update my card has been removed (see attachment). I checked my partner's account (month to month premium) and she still has the option to update her card. The only difference between our accounts is that I signed up for the yearly and she is still on the month to month subscription. How do I update this so that my renewal goes smoothly in Decemeber 2018 (I know, it's a long way away, but I don't want to have to deal with this later).

Thanks for reaching out to us!

 

To set up a monthly subscription after your year of Premium is over, you'll just need to subscribe. You'll need to enter your payment details, but you won't be charged until the year is over.
