I'm a Spotify Premium customer for years and have switched to Premium Family. Now, I have received a voucher for €60 and cannot redeem it. I understand that I cannot have a Family subscription and use a voucher? Why? The math to substract €14,99 each month instead of €9,99 is not that complicated.
I just want to let of my frustration here, because there is no way to contact Spotify. Customer service is non-existent, except this "solve this problem yourself in a forum" approach. I was a very happy, paying customer and am now deeply dissatisfied.

They instantly cancelled my Premium Family subscription, so I was back to a free account. Then, I subscribed to Premium (not Family) with the voucher (6 months). Afterwards, I changed the Premium subscription to Premium Family. The 6 Premium months from the voucher were correctly changed to 4 Premium Family months.
Now I get it. Thank you so much.
