Paid for premium but cant use the features

So I paid for premium yesterday, and I can download music, but I cant use any of the other features? Ive tried signing in and out, but I havent had any luck, please help me.

Solved!! Spotify still free even after paying for premium

Hello! I recently payed for a premium account for spotify. After paying, it shows that my account is premium but it still has the features for a free account. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Charged for premium and not student

I am a student and was charged regular premium. This is the second time this has happened. Can this be changed and my account be credited for $5.29?

Charged Twice

I changed my premium account to the student premium today, and I was charged twice. I looked at the receipts page and I did not accidently sign-up twice. Therefore, why was I charged twice?
