Hey, so I just started my spotify premium trial and on my computer it said that I have one month until they charge me, but on my phone it said I only have 7 days. Which one is correct?

Solved!! trying to start a free 60 day Premium trial

10 minutes ago I started what I thought was a free 60 day free Premium trial. But it didn't ask for credit card info etc, and it has those annoying commercials. There doesn't appear to be any phone number for customer service. How do I resolve this?

I signed up for premium family but now my kids can't open an account on their cell phones (they are not old enough, I guess) so they can use the family premium.what can I do?

Cancelled my premium half way through

I got a years subscription to Spotify premium December 25th and today it bumped me down to using the free version. I'm very disappointed that I paid 100+ dollars just to have it not work half way through the year. Please help!

Can't cancel subscription

When I log in to my phone app, it shows I have Spotify Premium, on a desktop app, Spotify Premium BUT when I log in to my account to actually change it, is says I have a free account, therefore I cannot cancel it and have no idea what to do. Any help...
