So I clicked on the .99 offer and it charged me the .99 but it didn't upgrade my Spotify to premium as I've already had that deal before. How do I get the money back that they charged me?

need some help, on my spotify app it says that im only using spotify free, but on my icloud menu, my subcription is premium and it already charged the amount to my gift card.

I payed a deal that was 3 months for 9kr, but you charged me with 90kr more.

I payed a deal what were supposed to cost me 9kr for 3 months but you drew 99kr instead, 90kr more than the deal said. I feel scammed somehow. Don't know what is going on, but you can't just draw more than you say the deal is going to cost us.
