**bleep**' legit?

Hi,

I submitted an issue to investigate a non-recognized charge on my credit card. **bleep**' asking me to provide the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card.  I am a bit hesitant to do this.

Has anyone experienced this?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

You should never share your full credit card number and CVV code and our customer support representatives would never ask for those. The first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card number on the other hand can't be used for any harmful activities, but can serve as a unique verifier to confirm that you're an account/ subscription owner.
