can't get premium

I've been trying to get premium for the last 2 days. I've tried 3 different prepaid cards, and 2 real credit cards.I've been trying to get the $0.99 3 month premium deal. The cards are all fine, with enough money on them. Whenever I go to buy premium, it says the payment fails. Help please!!!!!!!!

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
