payment for premium failed

Hello, i have been trying to purchase a spotify premium and each time i fill in the payment details i keep getting “payment failed. try again with a different payment method”. i am from Bhutan and due to failure in payment i tried using VPN and changed countries from settings. Has my account been flagged? Please help me with the payment issue! much appreciated!

Could you try opening an incognito window and then try again subscribing to Premium?

In case that doesn't help, it's a good idea to try on another device.

We'd suggest you also try with another network to see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't change anything, could you share with us a screenshot of the error message? Just make sure that there's no sensitive/private info visible. We'll look into this further.
