My Question or Issue

 I have recently changed from a premium subscription to student. Now I am getting notifications that payment failed and I should update my payment details. However, if I do that it is as if I am being transferred back into my premium account as it wants to charge 9,99... What do I do?

Hey @j97wx6-9_1hwr! Thanks for writing.

 

In this case, our best suggestion would be to update your payment details from a desktop computer, and using an incoginto window to do so from here.

 

If you're still having issues when updating your payment info, you can try canceling your current subscription following these steps. This process will remove any payment details stored in your account. In case you're past your payment date, your account will revert to Free automatically, so you will have to resubscribe from here.

 

Once you've done that, you'll be all set and paying for your Premium subscription at the student discount rate with your new card.
