payment update

Hi,

I am trying to update/change my card info. I don't use my old card. But site is not changing my cards information. Always gives a 'payment failed' warning.  I called the bank and learned that this problem is not about my card. So how can i update my payment informations?

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
