updates payment information

I change a payment information and Spotify wrote me that I must update payment information. So I went to Subscription and payment and I click on updates under my card number and nothing happend and If something happend it was only loading page again. I tried it on notebook (Windows) and on phone (iPhone) and it did same thing so can you help me please what I can do? Or if Im doing something bad?

To update your payment details you just have to follow these steps.

In case the page doesn't load, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window. You can also try using a different internet connection to see if it helps.
