Made a playlist after the new update the cover looks tiny and the formatting looks completely different from my past playlists. How do I fix it?

Hi spotify, whatever the new UI is that you're testing, please add it lol. I was doing everything in my power to figure out how to apply that layout to my older playlists before coming here to find out it's a test feature. Getting rid of the extra edit button is the only thing i can think of to fix about it, but seeing the new UI had me really excited haha, I hope it gets implemented!

Absolutely awful new design, how tf did you even think that it's any better than the old one?? Tiny ass cover picture, no background color, useless "Edit" button, how does this get approved and released.... Please revert this change, literally no one likes NO ONE

also adding to this thread, personally it doesn’t add to the user experience and makes it quite unbearable and unpleasant to look at 😞 if it were an option between having a larger photo/visually focused view vs a smaller/music/content focused view then sure, but eliminating outright is just not a cute look im so very sorry.

I think this is fairly new on Spotify, however I have noticed that when I make new playlists and tap on them recently, the playlist banner is very small, and it’s not very aesthetically pleasing. Maybe this is just me that has noticed this or is bothered by it, but I would really appreciate if Spotify changes it back or allows their users to change it as they wish. I have done some research, and this might be a result of A/B testing or a gradual update, but I sincerely hope that Spotify changes this. If anyone else has noticed this as well, I would urge you to vote on this so that Spotify may flag and resolve this issue. Thank you!

Before, you could resize the playlists view, you could choose to had 3, 4, 5, whatever, covers displayed per line. This new update is just unbelievably bad. You can't resize anything, thumbnails look stupidly small and it has zero organizational advantages. Honestly, feels like a downgrade. Please revert it asap.

this is the ugliest update i’ve ever seen and it’s not even consistent. 2 edit buttons is ridiculous. bring back the old playlist designs with the big covers. clearly nobody is happy with this new design so i don’t understand why it’s still around or why it was even created in the first place.

I hate this new update. I can’t see the small cover image. It’s too small and I have to hold the phone too close to my face to see it. Please change it back to the original format. I thought this was a glitch initially because it looked SO HORRIBLE. I’m sorry, but what are you guys thinking?! My 100th ever playlist looks like **bleep** because of this update. It’s terrible. I was so excited to make my 100th playlist look cool! But I cannot see the cover art clearly and the title is way too small. I seriously thought this was a glitch because of how bad it is. 
 I attached images of this awful mistake in format. The original format is so much better and easier to see.

I thought this was a glitch because of how bad it looks. What the heck was the Spotify team thinking??? The cover is way too small, I can’t see the art, and the title is also too small. It also just looks absolutely terrible. I’m sorry but, CHANGE IT BACK IMMEDIATELY. I wanted my 100th playlist to look good, but instead it looks like this. 
I want to delete it, it looks so bad. 😭🙏

You put effort do make a custom cover art and then you can’t see it properly anymore. 😢

I agree with a lot of other users. Making playlists and curating music to fit personal moods, occasions, etc. has a lot to do with the titles and art on a playlist. Having the cover art being shrunk so that it's barely noticeable is frustrating, but even more so that old playlists display differently than newly made ones. I'd prefer all playlists to have consistent art sizing one way or the other (preferably the older, larger size, but that's my two cents). Just notes from a user that spends a lot of time on the app and enjoys being able to appreciate music with y'all.

It's wild how terrible this looks. Spotify legit keeps outdoing themselves by changing things that are already great. Like....just stop.

Majority of the cosmetic/Ui changes over the past few years your absolutely community hates. But screw what your customers want right?!
Why should we have a say or option to turn off every new god awful feature your goobers implement into our daily listening experience..
