Can not Log in (Android and IOS)

Can not Log in (Android and IOS)

Hi I can not log in to Spotify after installing the app.

 

To reproduce:

  1. Install Spotify
  2. Attempt to launch Spotify.
  3. Log in
  4. Write username and Password
  5. Press Log in
  6. Log in is not possible

System information:

 

Mobile (Android):

Hi,

The username does not exist. I have tried this on two accounts: one for me and one for my father, but still it does not work. We have tried on all the devices that are listed but only receives the same error. Even after checking over and over again that the Password and Username is correct it still doesnt help.

And does the same accounts work if you try to login on Spotifys website?

 

Can you also please try to change the password to a simple one - without any special symbols (as !, @, etc) - if you are using that today.

Yes both of the accounts works when i am logging in to the website or the desktop version.

 

I have changed to a really simple password , but still I have the same message.

I still have the same issue.
