My Question or Issue

 I hadn’t updated my app since I installed it in 2017. I just did an update and now it doesn’t work. It resets my account every time I close the app. I have to log in again and all the downloaded lists for use when not on WiFi are deleted. Very frustrating as I’m paying for a service I’m not able to use!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
