Playback Stopped

The playback on device stops whenever you reopen the app. The playback bar doesn’t show when you get back into the app to restart the music.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Could you check if the setting for background app refresh is on for Spotify? Here is how to do that. 

 

It's also worth starting with a clean reinstall of the app just to make sure you're running a fresh installation of the app. Here are the steps for that.

Could you let us know on which devices you've been encountering this issue?
We'd also like to know the OS versions of these devices, as well as the Spotify version installed on them 🙂
In case you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far, we'd appreciate it if you could share them with us as well.
