Remote group session does not work via mobile network

My Question or Issue
- iOS App's Remote group session does not work when the host and participants are on the mobile network.
- My friend can join the session, and the Spotify app starts playing a song. However, the song is different from what the other person is playing.
- It works when the host and participants are on WiFi.
- It works when the host is on the mobile network and the participant is on WiFi.


As it is a 'remote' group session, I wish it worked well with the mobile network.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. 

As we have tried replicating the issue and it's working well for us, I suggest you do a clean reinstall since this can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. You can read more about it here.

If possible, it would be a good idea to check if this persists when logging in with a different Spotify account on your iPhone device. This way, we can double check if this is an account-related issue.
