Spotify connect Denon AVR missing in iOS

My Question or Issue

iPhone cannot connect to my Denon AVR anymore. 
Android phone can still connect and play music.

spotify connect  is a very important feature. Do you have a Solution?

 

things I have already done:

-Spotify reinstall (have also access to find local devices)

-iOS reboot 

-AVR Reboot 

 

AVR still missing in device list

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Here are a few steps you can try:

  • Perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your iPhone. Follow the steps from this Guide, as the clean reinstall involves deleting all app data.
  • Factory reset your Denon AVR.
  • Try connecting both devices to a different network like a mobile hotspot to see if the issue if network related.
  • Try logging in with a different account on your phone and check whether you can see the amplifier.
