Why is support such trash? Why can i not report a problem *immediately*, in-app??

My Question or Issue
I spent ten minutes trying to find out how to open a ticket with you guys. That's ridiculous. This needs to be in the app itself. It's insanely unclear how to even get to this page.
To put it in perspective, my app is completely borked and instead of posting about that issue, I'm first choosing to post about this one.
